All animals treated with antibiotics must complete the USDA required withdrawal period before entering the food supply, ensuring the beef you receive is safe.

Every shipment is packed with insulated packaging and dry ice to help protect your order beyond the expected transit time.

If your package experiences an unexpected delay, arrives damaged, or your beef arrives in a condition that doesn't meet our standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include photos of the package and its contents if possible.

Every order is packed inside an insulated cooler with dry ice and shipped using expedited delivery.

To provide the highest quality experience, we intentionally ship all orders on Mondays. Shipping at the beginning of the week minimizes the risk of weekend carrier delays and helps ensure your beef spends as little time in transit as possible.

Our packaging is specifically designed for shipping frozen food safely.

Your order is packed with insulated materials and dry ice to help maintain freezing temperatures throughout transit.

It is completely normal for some of the dry ice to have evaporated during shipping.

If your beef arrives cold to the touch with ice crystals still present, it is safe to place directly into your freezer.

While we recommend bringing your package inside as soon as possible after delivery, our insulated packaging is designed to help protect your beef during transit.

If you know you'll be away for an extended period, we recommend shipping to an address where someone can receive the package.
